Cesario Ramos is co-creator of the Creating Agile Organizations approach. He works as an executive consultant on large scale transformation all over the world in banking, insurance, and high tech industries. He is also a Certified LeSS Trainer and Professional Coach.

He started back in 1999 with eXtreme Programming and started his first Scrum Team back in 2002. Ever since he has been working with organizations adopting Scrum. In 2010 he founded AgiliX, a consulting company, that provides consulting and training worldwide.

Cesario is the author of the books ‘Creating Agile Organizations’, ‘EMERGENT’ and co-author of the book ‘A Scrum Book’. He is a frequently invited speaker at conferences around the world.

Ilia Pavlichenko leads Agile Transformations in companies around the world. He is an organization design consultant with rigorous focus on coaching senior management. Regularly speaks at international Agile / Scrum conferences. Ilia is also a Certified LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum) trainer, Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) from Scrum.org. In the past he was a programmer, project manager, Scrum Master and an Agile Coach at multiple product organizations. He is a Certified Creating Agile Organization Trainer, Certified LeSS Trainer & Coach, Organizational Design Coach, Systems Thinker, and Scrum Master. His learning started in 2005 when he was introduced to Scrum and Agile for the first time. He coached organizations in their LeSS adoption from 2007 onwards and in 2010 a SAFe adoption. He has 10+ years of experience in Program and Project Management, including the successful commercial launch of products. Jeroen Valkier is an experienced organizational consultant who’s all about setting up agile environments for software development. With over 20 years of experience, Jeroen has worn many hats, including agile business consultant, Agile Coach, and Scrum Master. His mission? To build organizations with agile teams at their core. Jeroen is a certified Desiging Agile Organizations Trainer, LeSS practitioner and PSM II.

He’s worked with governmental organizations and utility companies, tailoring agile solutions to their needs. Formerly a biochemical technician, he ventured into business analysis, project management, and program management at the turn of the millennium.

He has led agile transitions at organizations like Powerhouse, Waternet, and Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland, making a significant impact. His unique experience from his time owning and running a scuba diving outfit helped him master the art of training people.
